Sidney "Sid" Arnold

Peacefully at Haliburton Hospital on Friday morning, June 17, 2022 in his 98th year. Beloved husband of the late Eileen Arnold. Loving father of John and Bryan (Roxanna). Cherished grandfather of Sheri-Lyn, Wayne, Tracey, Amanda, Nicole and great grandfather to many. Dear brother of Barbara. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters. Also lovingly remembered by his nephews and nieces, other family and friends. Sid was born in Kersley in Coventry, England on May 12, 1925. He married in 1945 and emigrated to Canada in November of 1967. Sid and Eileen loved to travel, from coast to coast in Canada and the US. He enjoyed fishing, travelling, and most of all being with his wife and family.  

A Private Celebration Of Life

A Private Celebration of Life for Sid will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
