Rosemary Anne Chapman of West Guilford, passed away on April 12th, 2024 at the age of 88 years, after a life well-lived. Born in Lincoln, England in 1935 she trained as a nurse and emigrated to Canada in 1957 with her husband, Douglas Chapman where they settled in Sudbury. Rosemary was a bright and talented nurse. She later became a Clinical Manager in Cardiac Interventions in Sudbury, Los Angeles, and Toronto before moving to West Guilford where she retired and enjoyed quilting, knitting, volunteering, and her beloved pets. Rosemary had a fierce intelligence and was a great reader who kept up to date with everything from politics to tennis and had opinions about them all. She will be missed by her four children, Fiona(David), Mandy(Clare), Stephen(Mary), and Andrew as well as her six grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. The family is so grateful for the kindness of Rosemary’s Barry Line neighbors as well as the staff at Haliburton Highlands Hospital.
