Roland Peckford

Peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Wednesday morning, April 21, 2021 in his 74th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Judith Peckford (nee Bryan). Loving father of Gordon, Brenda and Darryl. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Kayla, Samantha, Shenese, Hailey and Isabel.  Dear brother of Daisy, Stanley, Chesley, Edgar, Garland, Donna, Vincent and Gary. Predeceased by his sister Rose and his brother Kenneth. Also lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Roland worked in construction for many years in the NWT with his sons. He enjoyed hockey, the Toronto Maple Leafs and most of all time with his family. 

Private Visitation 

A private visitation will take place. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society  would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the HALIBURTON COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 13523 Hwy. #118, Haliburton, Ontario (705) 457-9209.
