Robert "Bob" James MacNaull

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert James MacNaull, who left us peacefully on October 1st, at the age of 85. 

Bob was a beloved husband, whose kindness and laughter left a mark on all who knew him. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Anne, and his children, Stephen (Kerry), Marla, and Michael (Kelli). He was a devoted grandpa who was cherished by his grandchildren, Alex, Grace, Shae (Owen), Max, and Benn. 

Bob was born in Brockville, ON, on April 29th, 1940, to James and Jessie MacNaull. He was the younger brother of Donald (Chris) (predeceased). He is also lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Bob enjoyed coaching youth baseball, hockey, curling, and fishing in the wildlife with his friends. But most of all, Bob enjoyed spending time with his family. 

Bob’s warmth, love for life, and ability to bring joy to those around him will never be forgotten. He will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know him. 

Celebration of Life

Friends and family are invited to call for a service in Bob’s Memory on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at the HALIBURTON CURLING CLUB, 730 Mountain St, Haliburton, ON K0M 1S0. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the HALIBURTON COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME, 13523 Hwy. #118 Haliburton, ON K0M 1S0 (705) 457-9209.
