Paula Joan Brown

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Mom, Daughter, Nana, and Sister. 

Paula Joan Brown passed away peacefully in the early morning of Monday, January 12th, at the young age of 54. Beloved Mom of Brooke (Larry) and Izac (Lucy). Cherished daughter of Paul and Joan Brown. 

Loving sister of Angie (Dan), Josh (Tara), and Krista. Also lovingly remembered by her Grandma, Doris Brown, and her three grandchildren, Hartlee, Blaeklynn, and Loxton. Paula was predeceased by her Grandpa, Homer Brown, and her Nana and Papa, Arthur and Lillian Johnson. Paula will be greatly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. 

Paula lived every day to the fullest. She lived a life rooted in love, kindness, and devotion to her family. Being a Mom and Nana was her greatest joy, and she gave endlessly to those she loved. She was bright and warm, always smiling and bringing light to those around her. 

Paula was well known in the community, and her friends meant everything to her. She loved jeeping and swimming, and her joy for life was felt by everyone who knew her.

Celebration of Life

Please join us for a Celebration of Paula's life on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at LAKESIDE BAPTIST CHURCH, 9 Park St., Haliburton, ON K0M 1S0. Service led by Pastor Brian Plouffe beginning at 2:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Snowflake Meadows would be appreciated by the family.
