Marie Swain (nee Bartley)

Peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Saturday morning, March 23, 2024 in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Swain. Loving mother of Gary (Kim) and Brian (Barb). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Stuart, Eric, Jennifer, Benjamin (Chantel), Ryan (Kirsten), Brent (Chelsea), Matthew (Jasmine) and by her great grandchildren Kendal, Hayden, Barrett, Jackson, Dakotah, Mia, Arian, Damien, Alina and Logan. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Charlotte Bartley. Predeceased by her brothers Austin, Milton, Sam, George, Harry and sisters Mary, Martha and Doris. Lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Isabel Bartley, her nephews Robert, Gary, Tim, Todd, Tom her nieces Susan, Judy, Betty and and many more nieces and nephews. Marie will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will forever be remembered for her kindness, warmth, and the love she shared with those around her.

Friends and family are invited to call at the COBOCONK COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME  6644 Hwy. #35, Coboconk, Ontario (705) 454-3913 on Wednesday morning, March 27, 2024, at 11 o'clock for a Funeral Service in the Chapel. (Visitation one hour prior). Interment to follow Lakeview Cemetery, Kirkfield.  As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
