Margaret Skrabl (nee Strootman)

Peacefully at her residence with her family by her side on Wednesday evening, March 4, 2020 in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late Anton Skrabl. Cherished daughter of Elizabeth Strootman and the late Richard Strootman. Loving mother of Richard of Newmarket. Fondly remembered by her granddaughter Stephanie. Dear sister of Diana, Jackie and Mary. Also lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Margaret worked for John Candy for many years. She enjoyed her dogs, her gardens and most of all her family.

Friends are invited to call at the HALIBURTON COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 13523 Hwy. #118, Haliburton, Ontario (705) 457-9209 on Monday afternoon, March 9, 2020 for Funeral Service at 2 o'clock. (Visitation one hour prior). As an expression of sympathy, donations to Haliburton Highlands Health Services or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
