Peacefully at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa, Ontario on Monday, August 14, 2023, in her 64th year. Beloved wife to Gary Fountain. Loving mother to Monica Cabral (Peter), Crystal Keyes, Leslie Keyes (Nooria), and Shannon Keyes (Charlton). Treasured stepmother to Melodie Black and Jamie Fountain (Nola). Madonna will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Connor, Madison, Mikayla, Sabrina, Ethan, Dale, Cooper, Ramzi, Ryann, Nathan, Rykr, Wade, Pyper, and Nash.

Graveside Service & Celebration of Life

Friends and family are invited to call at the PINE GROVE CEMETERY at 5 Hilton's Point Road Norland, Ontario on Saturday afternoon, August 26, 2023, at 11 o'clock for a Graveside Service. Following the Graveside Service there will be a Celebration to honour Madonna's life at the UNITED CHURCH OF CANADA located at 7521 Highway 35 North, Norland. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the COBOCONK COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 6644 Hwy. #35, Coboconk, Ontario (705) 454-3913.
