Louise Anne Rowley

Louise Anne Rowley, 69, of Haliburton, Ontario, passed away on 13 July 2023 after a brief, but painful illness. 

Born September 24, 1953, to parents Eric William Deakin (deceased) and Helen (nee Burgess)Deakin (deceased). Louise was also predeceased by Don Frazer, her lifelong partner and best friend. Louise loved her children Stephanie & Brandon & her grandchildren.  She also loved nature, raising monarch butterflies, feeding hummingbirds & her fur babies. Louise will be deeply missed by her children (Stephanie & Brandon), grandchildren, brothers, close cousin Gail, family members & best friend Sylvia.

Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed, and very dear.
