Linda Dove (nee Pamplin)

With heavy hearts, we announce that Linda (Pamplin) Dove, beloved wife of Wayne Dove for 56 years, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on February 7th, 2026, in her 82nd year. Loving mother of Jason (Danielle) and Simon (Jennifer). Predeceased by her son Nathanael. Loving sister to David (Martha). Also predeceased by her mother, Mary, and youngest brother Daniel. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Taylor Rose, Izaiah, Lily, and Paige.

Linda lived a life shaped by grace, kindness, and unwavering faith. She walked closely with Christ and had a gift for making others feel seen and cared for, offering encouragement, prayer, and gentle wisdom to everyone who crossed her path.

Linda graduated from the University of Toronto in 1968 and worked as a Physical Education teacher until she gladly took on the role of a loving mother to her three children.

She will be fondly remembered at Greenwood Gospel Chapel, where her family attended for many years. Her faith was the foundation of her life, and even in times of difficulty, she trusted fully in God's promises.

Memorial Service

A memorial service for Linda will be held at GREENWOOD GOSPEL CHAPEL, 949 Greenwood Ave. Toronto, ON, on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 1 p.m. All who knew and loved her are invited to join us in honouring her life and lifting her family in prayer. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Linda’s memory can be made to Ligonier Ministries Canada.
