Kenneth Burrows

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth Burrows, who left us peacefully on March 17, 2026, in his 68th year. Born on August 28, 1957, to Don and Dorothy Burrows in Stouffville, Ontario.

Ken was the beloved partner of Jo-Anne Karen Baldwin, with whom he shared his life for the past 15 years. Dear brother of Wendy (Bill), Ron (Margo), Donna, Marlene (Bob), Todd, Keith, and Doug. Ken will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, and especially by his grand-niece Kendra, his namesake. 

Ken was a homebody. He relished in the care and upkeep of his home, each Saturday like clockwork, Ken was up and getting ready for "grass cutting day." Everybody knew Ken, and Ken certainly knew everyone. As if he had never met someone he considered a stranger, Ken had too many friends to count. Ken formed close personal friendships, treating those around him more like family than friends. He had a special affinity for those friends he made through trucking. Ken's warmth, love for life, and ability to bring joy to those around him will never be forgotten. He will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know him.

Celebration of Life

A Celebration of Life will take place in the Spring, details to be announced. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Kenneth's memory can be made to a charity of your choice.
