Keith Standing

With a broken heart, the family announce the sudden passing of Keith Standing on Saturday afternoon, May 2, 2020 in his 73rd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Denise Standing (nee Pellerin) for over 30 years. Loving father of Cory (Terri) and Mike (Sonnie). Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Ryan, Owen and Charlie. Predeceased by his brother Robert. Also lovingly remembered by his daughter-in-law Catherine and his many close friends. Keith loved the outdoors, he skied, fished and took much pride in his home and those he worked for. He worked at the Caledon Ski Club for many years and enjoyed interacting with the many members and staff. Keith & Denise cottaged in the Haliburton Highlands for over 30 years and they together fullfilled a life long dream in retiring to the Haliburton Highlands. 

Private Graveside Service 

A private family graveside service will be held. As expressions of sympathy, donations  to the Haliburton Hospital Auxilliary or the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the HALIBURTON COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 13523 Hwy. #118, Haliburton, Ontario (705) 457-9209.
