John Lesley Bower

On Thursday May 27, 2020, John Bower, a father, son, and brother died after a lengthy illness at the age of 58 years. John will forever be remembered by his partner Riita, by his son Josh (Anna), by his parents John Sr.  (Barb) and Carole, by his brother Gerry (Kathy) by his sister Cheryl (Wayne). John will also be forever remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

John was an avid country singer that everyone said he should be in Nashville with his great voice and fancy guitar pickin. John was everyone's public defender and with his big heart he could always find the good in everyone. John had many friends that loved the campfire sing along and always got their favourite song played by John.

Visitation & Celebration Of Life 

With the Covid -19 Pandemic, there will be no public funeral, but a Celebration of John's Life will be scheduled at a later date at the Wilberforce Legion. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the HALIBURTON COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 13523 Hwy. #118, Haliburton, Ontario (705) 457-9209.
