Jocelyn Brown Wright (nee Ross)

Jocelyn Brown Wright (nee Ross) Obituary

Peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, on January 23, 2024, in her 73rd year, Jocelyn slipped away in the arms of her beloved Bill. Jocelyn was the embodiment of kindness and generosity. She was always excited to get involved in projects in Coboconk whether it was organizing the Christmas Parade or supporting charities and individuals that needed assistance. Jocelyn’s sharp intellect, wit, laughter, and welcoming nature had a way of putting everyone at ease. She was a true character with a big heart and will be deeply missed by all the people she touched.

Jocelyn loved her property and original cottage on Balsam Lake for the last 67 years. Relaxing, watching the ebb and flow of nature, and recording each animal seen through the seasons gave her great pleasure.

To the Emergency and Medical floor team of Doctors, Nurses, and support staff, thank you for your care, compassion, and especially communication during a very difficult time.
