Peacefully at the Haliburton Hospital on Saturday evening, February 15, 2020 in his 58th year. Loving friend and partner of Deborah Horner and a wonderful father figure to David, Sarah, and Jamie. Cherished son of Irmgard Gunther and the late Ernst Gunther. Dear brother of Stephan (Jeanette), Paul and Benjamin (Jamie). Predeceased by his brother Karl-Heinz. Also lovingly remembered by his nieces and many friends.

Then to the DOUGLAS C. HATCH ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION BRANCH #624 1007 Burleigh Road, Wilberforce, Ontario for a Celebration of Eric's life & reception at 1 o'clock.
