Doreen Wood (nee Barnes)

At Extendicare - Haliburton on Wednesday morning, March 27, 2024 with her daughter at her side in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Grenville Norman Wood. Loving mother of Brenda, Gord, Dave and Joanne. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Gwen. Predeceased by her brother Bill. Also lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Doreen worked for the Board of Education in Mississauga and later as an Operator with 911. She enjoyed crocheting and reading.
