Curtis Barker Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Curtis Stephen Barker, who passed away peacefully on June 26, 2026, in his 36th year. Curtis was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend whose kindness, warmth, and laughter left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him.

Curtis is lovingly remembered by his wife, Megan Barker (née Fletcher), and his daughters, Sienna and Terra. He will be deeply missed by his father, Stephen Barker; his brother, Gavin Barker (Sammie); and his many extended family members and friends. Curtis was predeceased by his mother, Barbara Barker (née Bird).

Curtis was an exceptional father who showed his love for his family every day. He brought joy wherever he went and was devoted, caring, supportive, and endlessly fun to be around. His family was the centre of his world.

He enjoyed playing board games, disc golf, D&D, and going hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors. He loved exploring. He took great pride in his garden and apple orchard and cherished every opportunity to make memories with family and friends.

Curtis was known for his unwavering loyalty, strong work ethic, and dedication to everything he undertook. He had an incredible memory, was a wonderfully detailed storyteller, and could always make those around him laugh.

Curtis's warmth, generous spirit, and love of life will never be forgotten. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched, and he will be forever loved and deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
