Christina Marion Donaldson

Peacefully at Haliburton Hospital on Saturday evening, June 20, 2026, in her 75th year. Beloved wife of the late Dennis Hunter. Cherished daughter of Marion Donaldson and the late Larry Donaldson. Loving mother of Jason. Dear sister of Gerry and Stephan. Predeceased by her brother Warren. Also lovingly remembered by her Aunt Lois, her niece Angela, her nephews Jeffrey and Travis, as well as her friends Diana, Connie, Debbie, and Sharon. Chris was a homebody; she especially enjoyed the time she spent in her apartment. For the last few years, Chris was dedicated to caring for her mother, Marion, and her little dog, Buttons. Christina worked as a Personal Support Worker at Extendicare - Haliburton for many years before retiring to enjoy a life filled with simple pleasures at home. 

Graveside Service

A  Graveside Service will take place on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery in Haliburton, Ontario. As an expression of sympathy, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
