After a courageous battle with cancer, the family of Charlene Smith announces her passing on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at the Markham Stouffville Hospital. Beloved wife of Chris Smith. Loving mother of Trevor. Lovingly remembered by her parents George and Karen Cowan. Dear sister of Christine (Jeremy Janes). Charlene was known to many kids as Auntie Char and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Visitation & Funeral Service

Friends are invited to call at the HALIBURTON COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 13523 Hwy. #118, Haliburton, Ontario (705) 457-9209, for visitation on Sunday afternoon June 25, 2023, from 1-4 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday morning, June 26, 2023 in the Chapel at 11 o'clock. (Visitation one hour prior). In lieu of flowers donations in Charlene's name can be made to a charity of your choice.
