Boris Kornijchuk

Peacefully at Haliburton Hospital on Friday evening, July 26, 2024 in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Ewa Kornijchuk (nee Borowicz). Loving father of Eric. Fondly remembered by his daughter-in-law Vicky and his granddaughter Isabella. Cherished son of Agnes and the late Paul Kornijchuk.  Dear brother of Vera, Nadia, and Nina. Also lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.   Boris was retired from the Toronto Transit Commission where he worked as a Repairman for many years. Upon their retirement, both he and Ewa eventually moved to the Haliburton Highlands they loved so much.

Private Graveside Service

A Private Graveside Service was held at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Cemetery in Haliburton.  As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Haliburton Highlands Heath Services Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
