Bertha Traviss (nee Fletcher) Obituary

Peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home in Lindsay on Thursday afternoon, July 21, 2022 in 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Clarence Scriver and the late Gordon Traviss. Loving mother of Elizabeth (Ted) and Fay (Gene). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Tammy (Jeff), Gary (Anne), Robert (Coby), Kory (Donna),  Chad (Kelly) and by her by her many great children and great great grandchildren. Dear sister of Helen.  Predeceased by her sons Robert, Ronny, Johnny, by her grandson Steven and by her sisters Bella, Mary, Susie, Sarah, Betty, Marg, Evelyn, Joan and by her brothers Sonny, John and Robert. Also lovingly remembered by Joe Traviss, Bill (Barb) Traviss and their children Tara, Angie and by her daughter in laws Sandra and by many nieces and nephews. Bertha enjoyed quilting, knitting, playing darts and most of all, spending time with her family and grandchildren. 

Visitation & Graveside Service

Friends are invited to call at the COBOCONK COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 6644 Hwy. # 35 Coboconk, Ontario (705) 454-3913 on Wednesday morning, July 27, 2022 from 10 a.m.  A Graveside Service will follow at Lakeview Cemetery Kirkfield, Ontario at 11 o'clock. As an expression of sympathy, donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
