After bravely battling Cancer for over 2 years, Ronald Petrini died at the Haliburton Hospital on Sunday morning, February 14th, 2010 in his 77th year. Devoted husband to Arlene for 54 years. Loving father to Nathan (Sharon) and David (Pauline). Special Grampa to Samantha and Anthony. Son of Domenico & Violet Petrini (nee Robertson), deceased. Adored by 14 nephews and nieces. Loved by many cousins. Ronnie was known in the community for his tireless work in the construction/cottage industry and this serves as a testament to his industrious nature. Ronald was a principled man of faith, and will be remembered as a very positive, kind, generous, supportive man; always willing to extend a helping hand. Thank you for the gentle care given by Dr. Ferracuti and the nursing staff at Acute Care in Haliburton Hospital. Special thanks to those who came to be by his side to show their love.
Visitation & Memorial Service
We welcome all to attend his Memorial Service on Saturday, February 20th at 1:00 pm located at the KINGDOM HALL OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES, 1017 Wigamog Rd, off County Rd 21, Haliburton. Memorial donations can be made to Watch Tower or the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation.
